To help keep your furniture is good condition wax it with beeswax at least once a month. To moisturize it even further you can leave a glass or dish of water in your cabinet. Finally you can apply a thick wax layer. Leave it on for 24 hours to allow the wax to soak in, then buff the wax off so that there is not a waxy residue to attract dust.
