SHIPPING INFO

   Animas Trading Company currently only offers shipping throughout the continental United States.

   Orders are taken daily and processed for delivery within 1-2 business days. Merchandise can be shipped Monday through Friday. Overnight and Next Day Air shipping requests are processed as such, taking a normal Monday through Friday work week into consideration. Should you desire to check on your shipment, please contact us at info@animastrading.com or call toll free: 1-866-504-1212, 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday through Friday.

Standard Shipments:
   We currently offer Ground, 2-Day Air and Next Day Air delivery. Shipping charges are calculated after you place your order. Once the order has been placed we will calculate the shipping cost and call you with the total. Once verfied with you we will finish procession the order and charge your credit card. Insurance costs are also calculated at this time through the selected carrier. This service includes tissue wrap, and padding.

Larger Shipments:
   We currently use FedEx Freight as our shipping service. Insurance is optional and available through the trucking company. Insurance costs are additional. We strongly recommend insuring your merchandise as Animas Trading Company is not liable for shipments once they leave our showroom.

   We will call you with Standard Shipping and Handling charges at time of online purchase to ensure that you are aware of all costs up front. Your card will not be processed until we contact you.

RETURN & PRIVACY POLICY

   If you are not completely satisfied with any item purchase from us, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund, less shipping. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and of course feel confident ordering from us again in the future. If you have questions about a particular item or feel you cannot make a decision based on the photos on our website, please email us and we will provide you with addition information and photographs if needed.

   Guarantee: All of our Items are guaranteed to be of the age and material that is in the item description.

   Privacy: All information submitted, whether during the ordering process or by subscribing to our email list, will be kept confidential. No information about our customers is or will be shared with any outside organization or company. If you've signed up for our newsletter and wish to be removed, simply send us an email and we will remove your name from all future mailings.

   Security: Our site uses the latest SSL Encryption technology for all order processing. All order information is protected by two different password protected systems to ensure that your personal information is safe. All Credit Card transactions are manually processed in our store to prevent any third party billing companies from gaining access to your confidential shipping and billing data.
